    Re:EMDR after 8 sessions

Unfortunately, I do remember the entire session. In talk therapy it would not be such that I wouldn't remember the session but that I would not be able to take anything away with me. With EMDR I remember struggling to follow the hand motions & when she stops and asks me what do I sense, feel, think -- anything, there is nothing. I can't even invent something to maybe jump start a feeling. The channels to the memories/feelings/emotions are so securely blocked that they are inaccessable.

Tomorrow may be the last session. I have totally nothing to show for 9 sessions. Kinda like trying to start a car that is out of gas.
