Counseling Children with Behavior Disorder

I am seeking a employment at a local, privately owned center counseling children with behavior disorder. These children have found no success in the public school system or in alternative schools.
I am a reasonable person. However, I feel somewhat reserved about counseling these children. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in psychology. I graduated in May of this year. Is this enough? And, if it is, why do I feel so inadequate?
