No, university isn't enuf--in fact, it's hardly anything in the real world. Yer only going to get experience thru working with these clients. If it's a private institution it definately has a 'philosophy'; find out what it is and make sure it doesn't conflict with yer own morals and sense of right/wrong--lots of bizaree people/situations out there regarding 'behavior kids'

As a hint, you will generally find abuse of some sort at the root of behavior problems.
