Which protocol are you referring to? Dr. Inobe has a protocol for dissociative disorders/emdr/ego state work. Then there's Schmidt's protocol, which was discussed. It's efficacy for DD is unclear... I'm guessing all this will be discussed in Denver, and long afterward.

Any clinican can use ego state work. There are books and trainings. Ego state work is a reccomendation, generally, for work with DD, regardless of EMDR.
