Hi,

Thank you for the (possible) explanation. It makes sense to me, which is comforting.

Interestingly, (my dx is DDNOS although maybe not anymore) when I had a large part of self integrate several months it put a stop to my even being able to use the Grand tapes. Hearing tones threw me into agitation... not the result I was expecting from "integration" but I wonder now if this was because affect and content are now more readily accessible to me...? I am more easily flooded than ever, and any sort of bls wreaks havoc internally.
