Lost my post. Advice please.

Ah, technology! My attempt to post a reply went afoul when my computer siezed up as I tried to send it. As a result I seem to have lost the entire post and had not saved it anywhere. Is it possible to save as I write on this forum so that I may prevent total losses or come back and finish a post later? I have Netscape 2.0 but have used Eudora and Free Agent in all other Net correspondence so am not familiar with saving on Web forums. Sorry to be a pain...
