Re:New EMDR meta-analysis in JCCP

Could one of you tell me what spontaneous recovery is? Does this really happen? Do some people just suddenly recover from things without any help, intervention? Purely a curious question, never heard of people spontaneously recovering, so does it really happen to some people?
