    Hi Sandra,

Why can't the "face that meets the faces" be an introject most of the time? If I learned from my mother's example to be fake and make nice, no matter what I felt inside, and I act like my mother most of the time I am interacting with my therapist and the world, isn't that my mother introject? Isn't that what you call the "front part?"
