    similiar to rapid eye therapy?
Jacie Gray · 3/5/00 at 7:20 pm ET

In the past I have done rapid eye therapy. I found that I did release some anxiety, however the trauma I experianced afterward, even for months at a time, was very difficult. How is this similar or different from rapid eye?I realize trauma may be experianced during the session, however is it something that may continue on for days,or is that an individual situation? At 19 I had very severe case of "mono", and since then have lived with panic attacks and phobias, (27 years) and would like very, very much to move through them.
