Dealing with vicarious trauma

Hi,

I am a therapist working in sexual assault and domestic violence. The cases I see are getting increasinly complex and I have been suffering off and on - sometimes severely - with vicarious traumatization.

I have done energy therapies, emdr, and talk therapy to deal with this, and all have been helpful, esp the emdr, but still...I get better and then hear more stuff and it is a vicious cycle.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any online forums that address vicarious trauma among therapists?
