You might want to look into a supervisor that knows how to do process supervision. This supervision focuses on the emotional process of the therapy and the therapist's part in the process, as against traditional supervision which focuses on how to move the patient forward. Trauma therapy is intricately involved with the transference/countertranference process, and when not properly monitored and utilized within the therapy can cause the VT in addition to a general burnout.
