Come out of your cave and experience the real world of psychological and psychiatric practice. What are you going to do with the patient who is house bound for 25 years, and is excessively negative in all of her vocal statements? She is anxiety consumed, compulsive, and resistant to any type of medication. Please do not write a Tomkins dissertation. We all need real answers to real problems. Wake up.
