Dan, Sartre did not make a chronological distinction in any of the ontologies that I have ever read by him. I think that in the behavior of children we often project an interpretation that is based on an overlay of our own feelings but not necessarily a true interpretation (representation) of what is actaully the presenting self (of the infant/child). There again, this can be potentially pathological as in the case of sexual predators (for lack of a more profane and appropiate word, of which I do not lack.but rather refrain from using). I hate sexual predators!...............................................I guess what I am saying is that we project adult emotions and interpretations onto children. We should stop doing this feces(expletive upgraded) As far as the introduction of chemicals upon human emotions and response I think you are pulling my chain at least a little bit. You and I both know that the introduction of a substance over human behavior changes and distorts that response which we would normally expect. However, I would think that the consistent patterns of one's own behavior don't change that much, Or, are you looking for the insaniety defense (legal) Which I personally think is a bunch of Hooey! Did I say Hooey? Are you allowed to say Hooey on the internet? Well you get my drift (I hope) Ed .............
