I've been practicing Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung and Cha'n meditation for six years and incorporating these practices into my private practice for three years. I use individual and group modalities. In my opinion, these skills help clients develop and maintain greater mastery over their intrapsychic, interpersonal, physical and biochemical conditions and greatly enhance recovery from problems in any of the aforementioned realms.
