T'ai Chi in Therapy sessions?

I'm a little confused. I've taken T'ai Chi and loved it. But I can't imagine teaching it to my clients. (recommending it, sure.) My licensing board would string me up by the gills! How do you do this legally and ethically? I don't mean to be disrespectful; I really want to know.
