I agree with Steve Lankton's comments with respect to licensed practitioners and hypnosis in Florida.
Additionally, Florida statute 456 (Hypnosis) provides that a (non-licensed) person can practice therapeutic hypnosis if the client is referred by a practitioner of the healing arts (which is broadly defined in the statute). For example, if a dentist and client want your assistance with helping the client relax, you can be 'legal'. Non-therapeutic hypnosis is pretty much wide open (habit control, etc.)
