    Keryl,

I have taken three courses which employ an approach very similar to the fluency model. I can report that learning, even very complex information, in this manner does indeed increase the rate of responding even in stressful situations. I do not think that the accuracy of the response suffers (so long as accuracy is included as part of the fluency criteria). Fluency is typically defined as accuracy plus rate of responding. Good luck! I have to admit that I never thought that I would be involved in increasing the accuracy of psychoanalyses! :)
