I have a strong fear of flying and am wondering if EMDR could make a difference (unlike everything else I've tried). I experienced a VERY turbulent flight 15 years ago. Since then --and although I haven't had any turbulent flights since-- I've built flying into a huge negative snowball. Given that EMDR (like any other approach) does not work for everyone, I'd be grateful if you could tell me if you think it would likely work for me, and why. Thank you. Ken Fagan
