My point about fear of flying being a process phobia is that the EMDR needs to target the entire process, including the micropieces. Separately, we usually also target the first bad flight, the worst bad flight, a recent bad flight (if applicable). There is more to it of course. Yes, you need to be appropriately evaluated to see if it is LIKELY to work for you. Names can be found from www.emdria.org, or through the European EMDR organization, or through www.emdr.com.
