    EMDR's ability to integrate the unintegrated is incredible, isn't it? Scary but like a blessing when it all settles down. A clear sky after the storm.

    If you haven't already read it, Steinberg's "Stranger in the Mirror" is a wonderful book on dissociation and dissociative diagnoses.
