Hi, John, I post at both the places I mentioned before... If I see anyone named "John" who's registered in the intro section I will pop up and say hey. Both places are predominantly female... but males do post and are welcome. I think you would find "like minds" (and minds within minds :) for that matter) in the EMDR, Therapy, and Dissocation sections of each online support place. TWHJ even has an integration section, and I have posted there... the process you describe, of gradually "turning to" (inside parts, I mean) one another is an integrative process. I'm glad you've made so much progress. I have been doing EMDR type therapy, mixed with talk and play and art techniques, for two years. I don't think that is an uncommon time frame for survivors of prolonged, early abuse or other trauma. Best to you and hope to "see" you elsewhere. :)
