    To Wondering
You can use that phrase in Sandra's post and say it out loud to yourself twice a day while looking at yourself in the mirror. By making it an affirmation to yourself, you can help shift your beliefs about yourself and move towards being able to do therapy.
Louise Hay PhD. has published many books on affirmations and some of her other affirmations may help you to let go of old beliefs. So eventually you can do EMDR where the installations can help this process even more. Good luck
