    I don't know anything about cranial sacral therapy nor much about reiki.

    What I found interesting was the bright awareness that "I" was blocking my own healing. I think if those blocks are there, one has to process the parts/introjects/whatever somehow.

    I think emdr is probably best for that sort of processing, but the reiki was incredible at showing me what to "target".

    Reiki, other bodywork, yoga, meditation, emdr... I think they can all speed up therapy. Some techniques work better for some, and some work for others. Keep trying until you find what clicks for you...

    On a more personal note, I don't think it's possible to know what happened with 100% certainty. The fact that "not knowing" is seen as intolerable seems to me just another introject from a world in which pain had to be proved rather than attended to. A world in which the abused had to prove the abuse. To try to find certainty, years later, buys into the perpetrator's world view... and, in a sense, continues to protect them.

    I'd love to elaborate on that, but I've rambled long enough.
