I think she has been doing some of that - I can't quite remember. I am fairly dissociative - I had been DID but integrated 10 months ago.

I will have to ask her if she has tried having me give a voice to each part - I guess I get scared to do that in case it makes me multiple again.

I do remember her asking about body sensations (pain) that is part of the blocking - asking what that part of my body was telling me. I can't quite remember what she said re. the other stuff
