Re:reiki/dissociation?

I also have extremely intrusive physical sensations during both emdr and talk therapy. I am currently going for craniosacral treatment and sometimes the same thing happens there esp in terms of headaches that happen w/ looping.

I get a lot of headaches during looping, also pretty bad pain in my face and jaw, and phantom pains throughout my body that seem as if they may be body memories, but I'm not sure.

Do you think that craniosacral treatment might help to shift things to facilitate emdr in the same way that reiki may do so? I'm vaguely familiar with reiki but have never had that treatment done and I'm wondering if I should explore that as an option because my emdr keeps getting stuck in some respects and it is wreaking havoc on my life at the moment as other issues get touched on but not resolved as I have major internal blocking against remembering because if I don't 100% remember for sure I think it means I am lying (msgs planted by abusers).
