    I mean MPD though I am not totally clear that I was. I may have been more DDNOS (dissociative disorder not otherwise specified) which is somewhere on the continuum between multiple and "singleton". I certainly had alters, but was always co-conscious and some were more fragments than fully separate states, imo. My therapist felt I was fully DID but she is not an expert on dissociation.
