The most recent volume of the Journal of Cognitive Psychotherapy contains a review of another recent book which sounds quite promising. It is: Kingdon, D.G. & Turkington, D. (1994). Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy of Schizophrenia New York: Guilford.
In his review Robert Freidberg is quite positive. He praises the book both for its theoretical contributions and its usefuness for clinical practice. I haven't seen the book yet myself but I trust Friedberg's judgement.
