    ADD shame

    I have had ADD all my life. It is a most devastating thing for someone who knows deep down that he understands that he was born stupid. That's what I was told for years. "Born 6-18-43". I was shamed, by myself,famly,teachers and athorty. Until I was 23. Whole new world;; GOT RITALIN worked for same co. for thirty years. now retired. " Shame?" Not for me,but for those who thought I was stupid instead of learning that I was just bored.
