manic affects

I am bi polar 1, 48 years old, 15 years of remisssion which could be argued due to a wonderful stable wife or to proper medication treatment.

Anyway, I would have to say that most of the affects you assign to manics are appropriate to me. However in most states, including depression as well as mania, I am kind of fond of nudity and the excitement that goes with it. The affects which have ended the main happy, excited manias in my life have been sudden attacks of fear and rage, which diminished into anguish and distress.

But everyone is different, aren't we?
