I often find myslef feeling like a victim, and have parents who lived through concentration camps in WWII. It is as though their experience has become part of me. Can EMDR help with this sort of 'legacy'-related problem? It was not easy and happy to grow up in that home althoughthey did their best. I am cronically unhappy and beievethat my unhappiness is deeply related to their emotional traumas early in their lives. I am hoping that I can find some relief from the deep pain I have always felt and the associated feelings of low self esteem, unhappiness, sense of being lost.

I will try anything that might work.
