You could also search for a cognitive-behavioral therapist that is experienced with test anxiety and fear of public speaking/interviewing that is able to do exposure-based therapy. Try consulting AABT's membership directory/referral list at aabt.org. There is a significant amount of evidence that CBT is very effective in these problem areas whereas the evidence for EMDR is anecdotal (therefore tenuous).
