PSYCHOLOGY OF CYBERSPACE

    Psychology of Cyberspace

    Hi John,

Looks like things are heating up a bit here. Thought that I
would add my comments as well. I agree with your reply to
the ADHD post. I found your post to be sensitive, thoughtful
and to the point. Good solid suggestions and helpful good
wishes. Ah, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as
    they say.

I and my wife are guardiansto a four year old who almost certainly
will be diagnosed with ADHD or more likely RAD. We have been
the little one's guardian for two years now. She requires
much love and commitment. I would have appreciated the post
you offered had I been requesting help. With that said, I
would NOT of course, had asked via this forum. Your post was
an excellent referral to far more appropriate resources.

Cyberspace. What a concept. Everybody wants it to be what
they personally want it to be. And why not? From my keyboard
and screen, it seems like I am just sitting at home, doing
my thing. It is easy to forget that millions and millions of
other people are doing their thing too. This is really the
"ME" generation. Cyberspace is certainly a great realm to be
ourselves AND to be "somebody else" all at the same time.

When the "ME" bubble of existence is strained it easily pops
and abruptly becomes dependant on others to "fix things up".
Cyberspace is great at making our individual needs known,
but it has a way to go before collective responsibility of
the "whole of cyberspace" is recognised as the foundation
    for all our "ME" inputs.

What do other people think? Should all of cyberspace be
considered when responses are made, or should each site
be the end answer for all requests?
