    Hello Tamara,

    That was not a quotation, that was just a mere example written by me. Maybe this was misunderstandable, excuse me for that.

    As far as I know, the Serotonin Syndrome is not the Kundalini Effect. To get a clear picture about it, please view the following articles:

    Even though these articles tell us what the Serotonin Syndrome is, one information is still missing: What safety instructions should be made to make sure that everyone avoids the Serotonin Syndrome?

    And let me put an other comment here:
    The safety of a technique can not be determined by the report of one individual, but it has to be determined on a statistical basis. Although I'm happy to read the fact that You safely meditate several hours a day, it's impossible to draw any consequence from it that would apply to millions of people.
