    Interesting posts about "ki."

I recommend looking into shiatsu, specifically Tao Shiatsu (see www.taoshiatsu.com). My experience with this form of body/energy work is that, in the process of healing (releasing bad energy from) old injuries and stresses, it is opening up my entire being to spiritual possibilities that I previously was very skeptical about. It is helping me clear out the old stuff, much like peeling an onion, and I'm finding a very healthy place where love is the primary motivator and compassion the primary response.

    As the Beatles sang:
"I used to be angry young man,
I buried me head in the sand."

This opening of which I speak is still quite new, but I have not been angry for several weeks. That alone is enough proof of its efficacy for me.
