    In my opinion, I think that exercise has access to different states of consciousness as much as anything else. I mean, elite athletes can enter 'states' and control body functions as well as anyone, sometimes instantly. With respect, to me, 'spirituality' would fall under imagination or quantum mechanics:). I wonder if suggesting that psychosis is a possibility might increase the chance of someone feeling that way.
