Hello... I am suffering from dysthimia, hypochondriasis and OCD. Lots of anxiety. Sometimes panic. I want to try medititation because my mind seems so chaotic. But being a hypochondriac, I naturally looked on the web to find out if there were any dangers. Naturally I found that there are some. Is it really dangerous? I can't see how calming my thinking could be any more dangerous than the usual chaos in my brain. ?
