Just a note to introduce myself, to ask for some information and to offer a definition or two for "chewing".
I am the Senior Staff Instructor in VLSI Technology's Training, Education & Development Department, San Jose CA.
Presently, I am tasked with proposing a competency determination project and would welcome commentary on competencies in business organizations.
