Whole-Scale Change at Cape Cod Institute

We've been facilitating Future Search conferences for the past several years (using a modified version of Weisbord's approach) and I'm interested in knowing more about your work and approach. It sounds as though you have a very deep knowledge of and experience with large-scale, system change processes. I'm looking at attending your session at the Cape Cod Institute and wondering if you could give me any more information about your approach for the class. It sounds like it might be useful to us (my wife Linda and I have our own consulting firm).
