Here you are in my life again! How did I get so lucky? and you sound so wise -- that must mean you got your PhD? I miss seeing you .. and you were particularly in my mind when your old buddy Carol brought me to do a presentation in Milwaukee. Your ears should have been burning!

Yes, I asked for dialogue. But I want to take issue with your "everything's been said about system" because I don't believe it. Based on what we know right now -- at least for me -- Meg Wheatley's last book spoke for me and what I think I know...but keep pushing your own boundaries and I'll be your find new insights. We thought we knew it in the 60s and in fact were just beginning.

I believe that some form of microcosm(s) of the full catastrophe (as Zorba would say) working together to build a common data base that is based on the true belief that each person's truth is truth -- combined and celebrated -- will allow wisdom to form in a combined yearning that will be an accurate picture. The wisdom that comes from combining the yearnings never fails to amaze and excite me. Clearly you know of what I speak....Love you lots. Kathie
