depth, spirit and soul vs productivity, effeciency... I agree with you! However, leaders, managers, workers, wives, and even children realize the difference when someone begins communicating with them from the "spirit and soul" (emotional subjective side) verses approaching them from the "productivity or effeciency" modality. It is impossible to seperate the intellect from the emotional side of humanity. The sooner we begin to communicate at the emotioanl level the more productivity will increase and the happier everyone will be.

As you stated in your first sentence, mission is always evolving, as each day brings new information and the mission must reflect and target their mission based upon that information.

It's very exciting being able to be part of watching and participating in the evolving world of OD/HR.
