Hi Ellen,
Your website looks very nice. It wasn't as cluttered as many I've seen.
I have a question to ask regarding outcome assessments. We are in the process of developing/gathering instruments pertaining to women's health outcomes. Attrition is almost always a problem in research. We are anticipating that we will have primarily two groups of patients answer our survey: the very healthy and the very sick (both of these groups have the most immediate gain in our study). However, we will miss those in the "middle" who have the most to gain long-term from our study. How can we effectively interpret our outcomes studies when we know we are missing a large portion of our respondents? Is it best to address this upfront when we are writing up the results?
