Did he have a Theory?

I am attempting to find Dr. Erickson's theory. I am taking a General Psychology course, and have a research paper to write, my assignment, Dr. Milton Erickson. I have read many articles about him on the internet, visited the library and read what they have. But I don't seem to come up with a "theory". Please point me in the right direction. (My college library did not have any information on him, so locating information on him has become quite an adventure in itself.)
