Thanks for tapping in to our spot...and for caring about Whole-Scale. I have just returned from a Large Group National Conference of consultants, built around the basic 5 of us (Marve Weisbord, the Axelrod's, Marilyn Emory, Harrison Owen and my group) who seem to be the foundation for a lot of systems change work that has begun to show up around the world. Every time we all get together, with interested others, it is a great learning. None of us feels competitive..we're just people who learned systems thinking in the 60s and never let got of it. We each do it the way that fits our own paradigm for change, and we know that others will do their own way..and that's how it's supposed to be...this is the 4th year we have had this conference..hopefully it will continue. My way isn't the only way that works! (though it's pretty good).
