EMDR is geared to address experiential aspects of presenting complaints. You might want take a look at the book EMDR (Shapiro & Forrest, BasicBooks) for an overview of applications to assist you in goal-setting. Each case is unique. The primary questions would be--what are you prevented from doing that you would like to do--and what are you forced to do that you would choose not to do. Any experiential contributor is potiential target.
