I am a college student who experiences "anxiety hangovers" I also suffer from mild/ severe anxiety. The only information I could give you is based on my own personal experiences. I have this extrewme feeling of dread after a night of drinking.. What woiuld be normally acceptable to those in my social circle is not acceptable behavior to me, I wonder if people who saw me drinking look at me and remember how I looked when I was drunk, I wonder if I said anything unusual, I worry about everything. It sometimes gets to the point where I will not answer the phone or go to school because I have this unexplained sense of dread.
