It is very true that stress levels vary in both individual and organizational senses. The very culture of the organization many times sets the foundation for behavioral change in the individual, and when the individual changes the organization does as well. Cultures, main and sub-cultures, are affected and causes a shift in goals and objectives that guide the mission. And the bottom line is- stress-levels cause a chain reaction cycle that causes the human and organizational elements to constantly be in the molding, reshaping stage.
