Not interested in sex

I am 21 and have been married almost four years. My husband has a problem with me not wanting to have sex, and when I do have sex, I just lay there, and try to push him away when he penetrates. He says I have been doing this ever since we have gotten married, but now it is getting worse. I will let you know all the details so you can come to an accurate conclusion. When I was a child (about eight or nine years old) my cousin experimented on my sister and me, using penetration and showing us pornographic material. My cousin is six or seven years older than me. My sister is now a homosexual. My problem may have nothing to do with that, but my husband does blame my resistance on my cousin. My not wanting to have sex could be because I'm lazy, tired, or not in the mood. I used to enjoy foreplay in the past, but don't anymore. Maybe it just takes more to get me in the mood. My husband says I need professional help, but I do not have the time or money.
