    Thanks to Ellen and Denny for their responses. Pfizer will send to anyone who requests it a copy of the PRIME-MD along with instrcutions for doing follow-up questions. (Ask your Pfizer rep or call their 800#)

    I learned this past week at the Behavioral Health - Primary Care Summit that Bob Spitzer is validating a self-admistered version of the PRIME-MD with all the appropriate follow-up probes and it should be available soon.
