Update on the Child Health Questionnaire

The Child Health Questionnaire Manual (Landgraf, Abetz & Ware) will be available from the Medical Outcomes Trust in December, 1996. Reportedly there is a 50 item parent completed version, an 87 item child completed version for children >10 years and a parent completed 28 item version.
