    Dear Leslie,

    I confess, I have yet to provide on-line services, so I tentatively offer this possibility, one which you may have already explored. If not, I hope it is helpful to you. I wonder if clients' cries of "why haven't you responded to me" could be another segueway, or opportunity to explore a deeper issue for your clients, rather than just annoying harassment of you and your limits, though it must certainly feel this way to you at times. Perhaps they've got an issue with what they experience as unresponsiveness, etc, which via dialogue in your f2f sessions could unlock some stuff for them, etc. Perhaps?
